You simply peel them off and apply over your nails. They're the frugal gal's version of Minx. And Minx actually has a hand in creating Chic Prints.At $15 per pack, you get 16 press-ons of varying sizes. And they come in eight different patterns (checkers, tiger, skulls, etc), so it was a no brainer for me to try them.
