07 Sep Quick, Affordable Beauty Routine with Crest 3D

When it comes to my beauty routine, it’s a bit low key. Well, I guess that depends on who you ask, but I try to keep it simple. On a daily basis, I wear minimal or no makeup, so it’s super important for me to focus on healthy skincare and a glowing smile.

While I’ve got my skincare routine on lock {great acne cleanser, exfoliator, serum, light day/heavy night cream}, I leaped at the chance to try the new Crest 3D White Brilliance Toothpaste System. It’s quick, easy and pretty hassle free, which fits perfectly with my style.

When I think of a teeth whitening “system” I imagine trays, molds and goopy paste or gel. Yeah, I don’t have time for all of that! Luckily the Crest 3D system is just two steps: one minute of brushing with the deep cleansing toothpaste and another minute of brushing with the gel-like whitening finisher.

Again, this takes just two minutes twice daily and it gives the look of a professional whitening job! Since the system is only two tubes, it travels really well.

After four days I noticed visible whitening. Though I wouldn’t use the system every day until the tubes run out, I do plan to go back to them for another four or five day trial when I feel my smile is getting a bit dull or before a big event.
