 I love bold colors, but when I’m in a rush, I stick with neutrals and let me accessories do the popping. This weekend I rocked a Simply Vera Vera Wang cardigan with thrifted Hudson skinny jeans and a scoop neck tank. For an injection of color, I threw on my Prima Donna necklace and borrowed my cousin’s Michael Kors bag. Even when the rest of my look is pretty blah, I always try to add a statement necklace as the focal point. And you can’t forget a pair of sunnies. I always say sunglasses and a bright lipstick can hide a multitude of sins {late night, no makeup, etc}.

While I’m a heel lover, I try to give my feet a much needed break on the weekend and one of the reasons I love fall so much is because it’s finally boot season. A flat boot is an absolute must for fall. Instead of my typical riding boot, I’m kinda feeling the western trend, so the Skechers Mad Dash boot is perfect. The faux leather braided strap and low heel is ideal for the coming months.
