22 Jul Thrifty Threads – Head to Toe Thrift
Since most of my wardrobe is thrifted, there are times when I rock a head to toe thrift store look. And that’s exactly what happened this week. I wanted a nice pop of color so I chose my red, sweetheart neckline dress I recently bought from the Salvation Army. After picking out my accessories, I realized the entire ensemble was courtesy of thrift stores {minus an adorable straw purse my cousin gave me a few months ago}.
{this beaded necklace from Goodwill in Greenwich Village has to be my fave accessory. it was $20, which is pretty “expensive” for me, but well worth it}
{i picked these Steve Madden wooden platforms up from City Opera Thrift during our first Adventures in Thrifting tour. At $30, these were another “expensive” purchase.}
Breakdown:
Dress, Necklace, Bracelet and Shoes: thrifted // Bag: gift
Week 46 of my Thrifty Threads 365 challenge {a full year where I only buy second-hand clothing} is down. Only 6 more weeks to go!
