Nordstrom Rack is Now Shoppable Online

It's pretty common for retailers to have an e-commerce site because sometimes you can't make it to the physical location or you prefer a little retail therapy from the comfort of home. However, when it comes to discount department stores, you're either fortunate enough to live near a location or you're out of luck, as their sites don't sell products.
That's all changed within the last several months. TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack and Loehmann's have debuted e-commerce sites.

This weekend I took a trip to TJ Maxx with my cousin and while she was looking at shoes and handbags {her weaknesses!}, I hit the beauty aisle. Looking Fly on a Dime: Top Brands for Affordable, Quality Denim
Though I'm usually a dress kinda girl {did you see my last Thrifty Threads bodycon dress post!?}, I also love a good skinny jean. They're super comfortable and easily dress up or down.
I've thrifted a few pairs of great jeans, but I always have an issue with finding quality denim that fits. I'm petite {only 5'2"} but I've got a little booty and some thighs, so avoiding the dreaded waist gap is an issue. Oh, and you know when you've been rocking a pair of jeans for too long and they get the dreaded crotch rip? I've even worn designer denim that rip after too much wear.
But luckily, after years of being a skinny jean connoisseur {more than 20 pairs!}, I've narrowed down my top 3 brands for affordable, quality denim. These won't set you back a ton and there's no crotch rip!

Thrifty Decor: Tips & Tricks for Spray Painting FurnitureNever underestimate the power of a spray paint can, especially on a thrift store purchase in need of major TLC.
The best thing about this type of project is it requires little skill. Trust me, anyone can do it! My husband and I even spray painted our entertainment center in the only outdoor space we have - our 5 x 12 ft apartment balcony.
