It's rare that I go to a department store and see something I absolutely have to have. That happened during my weekly visit to Target. I found the greatest short set of all time!!! Well, maybe not the greatest, but it's super cute and perfect for summer. Instead of wearing it as a set, I paired the shorts with a recent thrifted gem.
