I'm absolutely obsessed with Celine bags, but paying a few grand for a purse, is something I can't see doing {oh, and it's way out of my budget}.But during my Pix 11 Savvy Shopper segment, I showed a viewer how to get fly affordable accessories. Naturally we went to Loehmann's for some economically reasonable retail therapy. They have designer pieces at up to 65 percent off, and last fall I snagged an amazing Ellen Tracy cape during their blogger preview event, so I know first hand your dollar can stretch here.

You guys may know that I'm the Savvy Shopper reporter for Pix 11 News in NYC. And I've got a great opportunity for one lucky reader/viewer to appear on camera with me for an upcoming segment.

If you have a closet full of clothes that are just collecting dust and taking up space, why not revamp your wardrobe? I'm looking for a woman who will let me go through her closet and tell her how she can cash in on those old clothes. During the Pix 11 segment, we'll find creative ways so you can get rid of the old and free up some cash for a new wardrobe! Updating your style on a budget is something we can all use, especially with the upcoming summer months.You should:
  • Live in NYC
  • Be available to film Tuesday {5/22} morning and afternoon
  • Allow myself and the camera person access to your home and closet
  • Have awesome, gently worn clothes you need to get rid of

Looking Fly on a Dime, Savvy Shopper

A few months ago I told you guys about my awesome gig at WPIX-TV in New York as the Savvy Shopper reporter. If you're in the New York area, you can catch my fashion, beauty and lifestyle segments two to three days a week on the 5pm show.Normally it's just little 'ol me on the segments, but now I'm inviting a lucky NY-based reader or viewer to join me on-air.
