It’s finally here! And by it, I mean the Scandal inspired collection for The Limited. If you follow me on Twitter, then you know I’m a serious Scandal fan and live tweet it every week, so when I heard about the collaboration with The Limited, I was intrigued. Now that the collection is finally available for sale, I’m ecstatic!

In this week’s Cubicle Chic, check out three pieces from The Limited collection inspired by Scandal that you need in your wardrobe right now.

This collection was designed in collaboration with Scandal star Kerry Washington and the show’s costume designer, Lyn Paolo. The collection is full of neutral tones, outerwear with oversized collars and classic silhouettes like the pencil skirt, sheath dress and wide leg trousers. While some pieces start at less than $50, the outerwear is close to $250. It’s not cheap, but as mentioned, the cuts are classic and wearable from work to weekend. Psst: the line is bound to go on sale in a few weeks, so I’d hold out on buying, if possible.

Here are three items from the Scandal collection you can wear to work and beyond, as well as a few style tips so you can get more bang for your buck.

Tulip Skirt Sheath Dress

A sheath dress is a must for every shape and occupation. And this Tulip Skirt Sheath Dress stands out from the rest due to the detail at the hem. This is one of those pieces you can wear throughout the seasons. Try it with a bare arm and statement necklace. Or belt a silky top over it. The dress also comes in sage green.

Dolman Sleeve Wrap Coat

Though there’s a pink drape collar coat I adore, try this Dolman Sleeve Wrap Coat to get you through fall and winter. The muted hue will work with anything in your closet. Switch it up a bit by swapping out the belt.

‘Livvy’ Slim Leg Ankle Pant

Wide leg trousers can be tricky to pull off for some shapes, so that’s why I really love the Livvy Slim Leg Ankle Pant. Instead of the typical black, the white has a fresh, crisp feel. Go edgy with a pair of booties, classic with pointy toe pumps or a strappy sandal for spring. And yes, you can wear white in the winter.
