Last weekend I attended a concert in tribute to jazz great Roy Ayers. Of course I turned to my thrift store finds (and other cheap, chic picks) for a dressy, yet casual look. As crazy as it sounds, I’ve never shopped at Forever 21. I’ve blogged about them, but never dropped any cash at a F21 store.
