The weather in NYC is finally heating up and recently I put together this look using some of my cheap, chic finds. Dress, $12: from a store in Jersey and I’ve had it for four years now. I love a bright nail polish and I recently tried Sinful Colors. I picked up a few bottles while at Duane Reade and now I’m officially hooked. At only $1.99 per bottle, you can buy a handful for less than $10. And they come in a slew of bright colors with cute names like Boom Boom and Dream On. And the quality is pretty good.
