While walking around the upper east side yesterday, I made paid an impromptu visit to Payless. I knew I wouldn’t be buying anything but I can never pass up an opportunity to look at shoes. And boy am I glad I made this little pit stop. I’m not much of a flats girl, but I loved these American Eagle flats.
