22 Jul Goodwill Haul
Last week I indulged in my favorite past time (other than eating), thrifting! And of course I went to my tried and true location, the Goodwill Outlet in Long Island City, where clothing is price by the pound, at $1.69/lb.
I typically walk away from this store with dresses and cute tops, but on this trip I lucked out and found some great jeans from 7 For All Mankind, Banana Republic and Antik Denim.
Click more to see the other goodies I scored, included an adorable piece to add to my accessories collection.
{the 7 for All Mankind jeans alone would have cost $150}
I also found a few casual tops, like a Juicy hoodie and Lacoste tee and dressier ones like a pinstripe Tommy Hilfiger shirt and Nicole Miller embellished tank.
But my favorite item has to be a little guy I nearly passed up. He was at the bottom of a bin, but luckily he was bright and sparkly and caught my eye.
I can’t wait to pin this beauty on a top or even a purse strap. I think I’m going to call him Mr. Whiskers.
