The combat boot is a rugged, kick *ss type shoe that even a girly girl can embrace. The look can go either way: create a head to toe biker look with a leather jacket or pair with a girly dress and tights for a rocker femme look. But such a simple style isn’t always so cheap. The Alberto Fermani lace up combat boots {above, left} retail for more than $400 and the Steve Madden boots {above, right} are $120.

Luckily, Forever 21 has a combat boot with a similar style, at a fraction of the cost.

The suedette boots lace up and have the two buckle details of the more expensive varieties. It reaches mid-calf height with a one inch heel. At only $34.80, it’s a definite steal!
