31 Jul Decor on a Dime: H&M Home Collection
When you think of H&M, what usually comes to mind? Typically it’s affordable fashion or the occasional designer collection and I love them for their statement necklaces.
But what about the H&M home collection? It debuted in the U.S. late last summer when H&M’s e-commerce site launched but it’s not available in many stores.
However, the new Fifth Ave flagship H&M just opened and it has an entire floor dedicated to the home line. This was my first time seeing the home decor up close and personal and it did not disappoint.
First, let me briefly talk about the awesomeness of the Fifth Ave H&M flagship {at the corner of 48th St}. It’s the world’s largest H&M, has five floors and even offers a free personal shopping service. Each floor is organized by women’s, men’s kid’s, accessories and home, so you can easily find whatever you’re looking for.
Ok, now on to the home collection on the fourth floor. From floor mats, hampers, soap dispensers, candles, bed sheets, towels, decorative canisters and pretty much anything you can need, the H&M home line has it.
These are the perfect finishing touches when you’re decorating. The prices are so affordable {most items averaged between $10-$20}, you can even put together a little gift basket of items for a housewarming gift or an undergrad moving into the dorms this fall.
If your store doesn’t sell the home collection in stores, you can always check out H&M home online. The teacups below aren’t just cups, they’re candles!
