Traveling with natural hair can feel like a burden, especially if you love to pack light but are used to a ton of products. You want to keep your mane in tact but don't want to bring the creams, leave-ins, oil, edge control and other items with you. So what's a girl to do? 
Sigh, I was supposed to be on a beach in the Bahamas, but Hurricane Matthew postponed that trip. However, being the anal retentive person I am, my bag was already packed a week ago. You know I'm the queen of the I-don't-do-checked-bags! And since I only do carry-on, that means every item in my bag has to count, especially when it comes to my beauty routine. 
I'm going to the Bahamas!!! Ok, sorry for the exclamation points. But I'm super excited. It's a belated birthday trip, blogiversary celebration and girlfriends getaway all in one.

I've started doing this nifty trick over the past few months and it's saved me tons of time and space in my carry-on bag! I'm sure it will help you as well, especially if you overpack.
