Even if you've just recently stumbled upon Living Fly on a Dime, you know I'm an avid thrifter and most of my thrifted finds come from Goodwill and occasionally, Housing Works. But last week I wanted to switch it up a bit. I learned that the Salvation Army has 50 percent off select items on Wednesday. So of course, I was there. The selection was out of this world {I went to the NYC location at 46th St. between 10th and 11th}. Clothes were organized by style and color. Furniture ranged from vintage-y pieces to modern chaise lounges. I walked away with 12 items (skirts, trench coat, pants, tops) for $44.
