What's in Store at Payless, summer accessories

I haven't been to Payless in what seems like forever. And why would I, I'm still going strong with Thrifty Threads 365. However, I was out with my cousin and she wanted to pop into the affordable shoe chain to find some sandals. While she was browsing, I was focused on the prices because in the past I remember being amazed at a $60 price tag for one of the designer collaboration shoes. I mean, it's Payless, is anyone really going to pay that much?!
Luckily on this visit, I wasn't dumbfounded by the prices and I saw a few cute shoes and accessories for summer.

How to Style a Maxi Dress in Multiple WaysThere's nothing I love more than a maxi dress for summer. It's ideal for a casual weekend, the office or a comfortable travel outfit when you want to jet set in style.

I have a simple black maxi I scored years ago for less than $15 and it's always in heavy rotation throughout the spring and summer months every single year. Though I adore it, it's getting a bit boring.
But what do you do when you love a garment but want to inject new life into it? Check out multiple ways to wear a maxi dress.
