Arcadia fall preview
Last week I attended a press event for the Arcadia Group and though I was tempted to skip it {crazy schedule!}, I'm so glad I didn't. Arcadia Group might not sound familiar, you certainly know their brands, which include Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Evans.
This was the British company's first press day outside of Great Britain and after reviewing what they have in store for fall and winter, I'm so glad I made it. Besides being fashionable and statement making, the pieces are affordable. How affordable? I'm talking most items are less than $50!

But the one brand of sneakers I'll rock anytime, anyplace is a pair of Chucks. They have a classic, Americana feel and pair well with everything. So I was really excited and intrigued when I heard my favorite brand was releasing a collection with The Simpsons, the longest running scripted show in television history.

I spent four years in Philadelphia while at Temple University and the 215 will always have a special place in my heart. The Aphillyated line combines three things I love: Philly, fashion and affordability.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the Target fall preview and as expected, it was amazing. This time around, Target allowed us to share photos of the upcoming collection before it hits stores. The pieces don't make their way to Target and target.com until August, so I'm glad I can actually share these with you. And trust me, you'll want to see these goods now so you can make a mental note of your must have items. While viewing the men's and women's pieces, a few things became very clear: prints are still going strong {tribal, ikat, camo} and faux leather accents will be your best friend. Though everything is trendy and fashion forward, they're also work appropriate. In between munching on light bites and sipping on OJ, I snapped a few pics. Take a peek at Target's upcoming fall line.

Last week was pretty big for me. I made my second appearance on the Today Show {my first appearance is here}.
My latest appearance was all about fashionable finds under $50. I picked my favorite pieces from department stores that packed major punch without putting a strain on your wallet.
If you missed the live segment, check out the video below as well as some behind the scenes shots and details on what I wore.
