cubicle-chic-cold-weather-dressing-what-to-wear-when-its-coldIt happened to me last week. I quickly checked my weather app before getting dressed and saw the high was going to be in the 40's. I was excited to not have to wear my down coat or boots for the first time in what seemed like an eternity. However when I got off work, well after the sun had set, my poor legs, covered only in thin tights, almost gave out while trekking to the subway. As much as I love leggings, I tend to have the same dilemma every winter. Where are my tights? I mean, leggings are great when you want to pair them with an oversized shirt and some flats or boots, but what about tights on those cold days you want to wear a dress and heels?
So needless to say I was super excited when I heard about L'eggs Convert-a-Tight. With a simple slip of a flap of material, they go from tights to footless leggings in a matter of seconds.
Of course I had to pair them with a few of my favorite thrift store finds and my favorite coat for a warm and cozy winter look.
