Caress body wash

When you think of Caress, you probably think of soap and body wash. Well, that's what I immediately think of. I remember using Caress soap as a little girl when I'd sleep over at my grandma's house. The girlie girl in me was drawn to the pink bar of soap. But that was years ago and Caress has certainly grown beyond the pink oval soap.
Fashion and beauty go hand in hand, that's something we know for sure. So I was excited when I heard about Caress teaming up with top fashion experts, aka the Fabulistas, to offer women fashion and beauty advice all in one.
The three experts {June Ambrose, Sonia Castaneda and Lilliana Vazquez} dish out easy to digest style and beauty advice all while letting you know about Caress' new body washes. I've tried the Passionate Spell Body Wash and it's amazing {great lather without drying out the skin and the smell is divine!}.
June Ambrose is a top stylist for the stars you love {Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, etc.}, and while she has access to top designer threads, she offers tips everyday women can utilize.
The Caress Facebook page has a ton of useful videos but the one I really love is June's advice on how to wear white after Labor Day.

new buy the bag location, Buy the Bag brooklyn
Last week I told you about the new Housing Works Buy the Bag location. The thrift store used to offer select dates for this awesome sale {$25 for a bag full of clothing}, but now they have a stand alone location that's open five days a week. Needless to say I was super excited to hear this sale is now being offered year round and throughout the week.
I went to the press preview and the space is definitely different from the warehouse feel of the previous setting. A new layout and even new bags means your strategy has to change a bit.
Keep reading for a complete rundown of the new Housing Works Buy the Bag shop, plus some tips on how to get the max amount of items in your bag.

Have you ever seen people wearing a trend and you wondered if you could pull it off? Well, that's exactly how I felt about seeing people wear sweatshirts in a chic way. I don't even wear sweats when I work out {I'm a tank top or zip up hoodie and yoga pants type of girl}, so I couldn't figure out a way to wear one without looking like a slob.
One of the great things about thrift shopping is you can try new trends at a low cost. While at the Salvation Army on 46th St., I picked up a basic Hanes sweatshirt for $1.50.
On its own it would look a bit blah, but with the help of some accessories and layering, I created a look I'd rock for a night out.

how to wear a men's sweater

With the temps steadily dropping, the one thing I want to do is snuggle up in a good sweater. And what defines a "good" sweater? For me it's oversized and super soft. And I surprisingly find a lot of these "good" sweaters in the men's department. Yup, I shop the men's section for sweaters and button downs.
While at the Salvation Army a few weeks ago, I found a cardigan I knew I had to have. It's a size 3X but oversized pieces are easy and fun to dress up.
