We all know accessories are the quickest way to update any outfit. I’ve said it a million times and I’m sure you’ve heard it elsewhere. It keeps coming up because it’s so true!

But one thing I’ve noticed is women not taking advantage of certain accessories. Here are the three accessories you have in your closet but I bet you’re not wearing them enough and you totally should be.

Belt

Yes, a belt. Something as simple and functional as a belt has major style power. Besides looking at it as a strap to keep your pants up, look at it as a fashionable multi-purpose tool. Belt your favorite cardigan to define your waist and it’s also great at breaking up a monochromatic look, like denim on denim or your sheath dress. Scarf
Another accessory that tends to get overlooked is the scarf. Wrap a printed chunky one around your neck to give the neckline of your go-to coat a new look. And since spring is less than three weeks away, a few lightweight silky scarves are a must. It’s a great finishing piece over a tunic or to keep the chill away when it’s a bit brisk in the A.M. Hat

Now, I have to admit I only recently became a hat person. I would always see people wearing adorable, easy breezy hats and thought, “why can’t I pull off that look?!?” Well, I can and so can you. It’s all about finding the best fit for your head and even hair. I’ve got a smedium head and big hair, so I needed something that had a bit of room.
