Elle Runway at STYLE360 Spring 2015 While I attended a few shows during Fashion Week, one of my absolute favorites was the ELLE Runway Collection by Kohl’s. No, not just because I love the affordability of Kohl’s, but this collection was showcasing the Fall 2014 line, which means everything is available right now. Unlike other shows, there’s no need to wait until spring!

The Elle collection had a Parisian influence with tons of black and wide, feminine skirts and dainty prints. Check out a few behind the scenes shots of the runway show, as well as a few of my favorite looks you can shop now.

Thrifty Threads 365 – Remixing Wardrobe Favorites

Thrifty Threads 365 is a fashion challenge where I will only thrift shop for an entire year. I’ll show you how it’s easy and wallet friendly to satisfy your style needs with secondhand finds. For full details, check the original post here.
Every woman has that skirt, shirt or purse she can’t live without. For me, right now, my favorite flirty skirt is an LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s tulle maxi {no longer available} and I’m kinda sorta finally getting into the crop top trend, so I’m wearing my vintage top from Clothes Contact in San Francisco.
The last time I rocked the tulle skirt was this past winter with a silky top and fur vest {seen here} and I just wore the crop top a few weeks ago with a maxi dress {seen here}.
Though I love the tulle skirt and crop top, I’ve never worn them together. I finally changed that!

Top 3 Affordable, Quality Jeans

Though I’m usually a dress kinda girl {did you see my last Thrifty Threads bodycon dress post!?}, I also love a good skinny jean. They’re super comfortable and easily dress up or down.
I’ve thrifted a few pairs of great jeans, but I always have an issue with finding quality denim that fits. I’m petite {only 5’2″} but I’ve got a little booty and some thighs, so avoiding the dreaded waist gap is an issue. Oh, and you know when you’ve been rocking a pair of jeans for too long and they get the dreaded crotch rip? I’ve even worn designer denim that rip after too much wear.
But luckily, after years of being a skinny jean connoisseur {more than 20 pairs!}, I’ve narrowed down my top 3 brands for affordable, quality denim. These won’t set you back a ton and there’s no crotch rip!

Cubicle Chic: Easy Ways to Style Ankle Pants

One of the hottest trends this spring is the ankle pant. These shorter length pants generally have a straight, slim or skinny leg opening which creates a thinner leg silhouette. These flattering pants are very versatile and you can easily create multiple chic looks for the office.

In today’s Cubicle Chic, I’ll show you how to style your ankle pants in three trendy ways.
