If you’re on the east coast, you’re most likely still buried under a foot of snow. Or if you’re out west, you just finished dealing with downpours. I’m a devoted stiletto wearer but even I know weather like this requires sensible footwear {rubber soles, warm lining, waterproof, etc}.

Luckily, you don’t have to choose between function and style as many of the winter boots come in great designs, bold colors and patterns. You can step out in style and feel free to splash in a puddle or two!
